We recently completed a full roof restoration on a beautiful Duke of Bedford property near Tavistock. The original 140-year-old slate roof was carefully stripped, with all rotten timbers replaced to ensure structural integrity.

Key elements of the restoration included:

✅ New lead valleys and soakers throughout

✅ A complete restoration of the chimney

✅ Traditional techniques used to preserve the character of the historic home

​

The result: a fully restored roof that honours the heritage of the building while ensuring protection for decades to come!

Our team recently completed a new roof and re-roof project in collaboration with the brilliant K&B Construction.

We started by crafting a hand-cut roof for the new extension built by K&B Construction Devon before renewing the existing roof and tying in the new and old with all new tiles.​

We are really happy with how this loft conversion in Plympton turned out, from a very low useless loft to a bright open bedroom with an elegant bathroom and stunning view, it has been a pleasure to watch this job develop with the amazing styling done by the customers.

This was such an enjoyable job to do! We were asked to make a traditional looking porch on this stunning old stone building in St Neot, Liskeard, creating both shelter and storage for the solar panel batteries whilst in keeping with the look of the property.

​Our team has recently tackled a big fencing job in South Brent, removing all of the over growth, re-established the boundary and installed a huge hit and miss fence with concrete posts to withstand the high winds, along side a railway sleeper retaining wall/ raised planter.

Our latest home renovation job in Tavistock working alongside JGC carpentry. In just 4 weeks we demolished the old conservatory, excuvated and poured new footings, rebuilt the extension, and modernised the dormer with new cladding, new windows, and roof, now ready for some Landscaping.

A property in Keyham, which we have recently installed anthracite grey cement fibre house cladding on.

There are many benefits of cement fibre cladding, starting with the obvious, it completely modernises your house, covers up scruffy walls, and can solve damp issues whilst being compliant with fire regs.

We were recently tasked with making a bespoke heavy-duty balcony over a flat roof of a property in Milehouse, Plymouth, using commercial grade decking, set out on top of galvanised steel frame work .
